David Petrie ~ Vice President

Dave has worked in the commercial construction industry for over 24 years. He started his career fresh out of High School as a union carpenter apprentice where he worked for a local general contractor. His desire to learn had afforded him opportunities for advancement quickly after his apprenticeship, where Dave was promoted to Foremen and then Superintendent of many major Southeastern Wisconsin building projects. Along the way, he was given the pivotal opportunity to work for a major construction management firm in the Milwaukee area as Superintendent. Here he expedited many new and renovated commercial office, Industrial, and higher educational facilities.

Dave’s proactive building philosophy and knowledge of the building process allowed him to work on many exciting projects during his career including but not limited to: 1st class tenant build-outs in the US Bank Building (formerly First Wisconsin), Plaza East, 100 East Wisconsin, 411 Building, & 1000 N Water. Major new and expansion projects included State Fair Park Dorms, Alverno College Technology & Learning Center, Harley Davidson Museum, FBI offices Milwaukee, Northwestern Mutual Life- Milwaukee Campus 18 story, & Potawatomi Bingo & Casino.

Dave enjoys fishing and golf in his spare time but finds great relaxation in going to Brewer games with his family and enjoying time at home where they live in Wind Lake Wisconsin.
