Tom Halat- Vice President of Business Development

Tom has worked in the construction industry in the area of business development since 1980. He holds a degree in economics from the University of Wisconsin- Milwaukee. Tom’s compassionate desire to be involved in this industry as well as the community has allowed him to develop many strong relationships with various community leaders and business professionals.

Toms 30 plus years of experience in the Wisconsin commercial building market has created an impressive knowledge of our industry which Tom generously gives back to the community. Tom has lectured at the Milwaukee School of Engineering, University of Wisconsin Madison- College of Engineering, and the Building Inspectors Association- Southeastern Wisconsin Region, including his professional participation in local organizations such as REACH (Real Estate Alliance for Charity) & Milwaukee Florentine Opera Company, has allowed others to experience the honest, hard working ethics that Tom brings to his work and his personnel life.

When not at work Tom enjoys to fish, hunt, and play golf including just about anything else that involves the outdoors. He and his wife live in Glendale, Wisconsin where they raised their daughter.
