Titan Building Company is a full-service general contracting firm serving southeast
Wisconsin's commercial, industrial, and institutional construction markets. The firm was
founded in 2002 by David J. Waldhuetter and David A. Petrie on the principals of honesty, integrity, professionalism, and hard work. In April 2005, Joseph G. Widmann
joined the company as President and strengthened the commitment of the firm of building
a company with a strong core of talented professionals. As the company grew, so did its
need to build a stronger future. In 2008, Thomas J. Halat joined the firm as Vice
President of Business Development, solidifying the company's foundation. Well
respected and diverse, the principals of Titan Building Company have over 100 years of
experience in the Wisconsin construction industry.

Every construction project is different. Titan Building Company has the unique ability to
format its approach to fit any project's varying requirements. We have the ability to bring
to the construction team any of the following services; general contracting, construction
management, or design-build.
If your construction needs require a new building, from the ground up, or an expansion of
your existing facility, Titan Building Company can help you develop the plan to meet
your goals. Or, if your building only requires renovation or tenant improvements, Titan
Building Company can provide the insight to increase the value of your investment in a
cost effective manner.
Titan Building Company's approach to our clients in all facets of our operation is one of
honesty, integrity, and pride in a job well done. Old fashioned ethics? Perhaps. But it
does explain why a lot of our work is from repeat customers or a referral from a
previously satisfied client. We don't consider each individual project to be an end in
itself; rather each project is a part of what we believe will develop into a long-term
relationship.
Our project managers, superintendents, union carpenters, cement finishers, laborers, and
plasterers, are committed to a common goal: "To earn your respect by ensuring that you
receive the service and the personal satisfaction that you deserve".
